I’ve been really out of focus recently. In this time of pandemic, I wish I could organize my thoughts properly. I am the type of person who has a bright idea, gets easily excited, and when the work starts, I get burnt easily and end up not finishing the project.
So here’s my try at making things a sort of habit, so that hopefully I can finish some things in my mind.
- Spend 20-30 min per day learning duolingo – Japanese. Why? I watched this video about a developer in Japan, and I thought that his job was cool. When I was a kid, I was such an anime lover, that I think the Japanese language has a great appel to me.
- Spend 1hr per day learning a new programming language. On the top of my head here’s the list that I want to learn. I need to associate it with a project so that I can keep it going.
- Golang – Web application – Brian’s App
- React – Web application – Resibo
- Spend more time with my kids. I want to spend at least 30 minutes per day playing with them so that I can get that quality time kick in.
So that’s the initial habits that I want to set. So here’s to improving self!
